What you may and may not do on Pragma App.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
1. Permitted Use
Pragma App is licensed for your legitimate internal business operations — finance, sales, HR, operations, and related business functions.
2. Prohibited Activities
Illegal and harmful
- Violating any law or regulation
- Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any person
Platform abuse
- Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts
- Security research without prior written consent
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform
- Introducing malware or malicious code
- Bulk scraping via bots or crawlers
Misuse of resources
- Reselling or sublicensing access without written consent
- Using Pragma App to build a competing service
- Sharing credentials outside your organisation
- Generating load that degrades service for other customers
Data and privacy violations
- Uploading sensitive personal data (payment cards, medical records, government IDs) without written permission
- Sending spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- Violating UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy law
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your account, including actions of employees and contractors.
4. Reporting Violations

5. Consequences
We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate your account and report activity to law enforcement where required.
