Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use Pragma App.
Effective date: 10 July 2026
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription from Pragma App, operated by Pragma (registered in England and Wales), you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Pragma App provides a cloud-based AI-powered business management platform for your internal business use only. You may not resell or sublicense access without written consent.
3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. You authorise Pragma to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel. Prices in USD. 30 days' notice before price changes at renewal.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Account → Subscriptions. Access continues until period end. See our Cancellation Policy.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Contact hello@usepragma.app within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund. First-time purchases only. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Your Data
You own your data. We process it as data processor on your instructions. Export anytime. Data deleted 30 days after account closure. See our Data Processing Agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
The Pragma App platform is the intellectual property of Pragma. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence during your subscription.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
UK/EEA: English law; courts of England and Wales.
US customers: Delaware law. Individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules. Class action waiver. Opt out within 30 days by emailing hello@usepragma.app — subject: "Arbitration Opt-Out".
12. DMCA
Copyright notices to hello@usepragma.app — subject: "DMCA Notice".
13. Force Majeure
Neither party in breach for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Changes
30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
