Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 10 July 2026

1. You Can Cancel Anytime

Cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no notice period required.

2. How to Cancel

Log in → Account → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription. You'll receive a confirmation email. Need help? Email hello@usepragma.app and we'll cancel within 1 business day.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

• Access continues until the end of your current paid period
• No further charges
• Data remains available for export until period end
• 30-day grace period for data export after period ends
• Data permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period

4. Auto-Renewal and How to Avoid It

Subscriptions renew annually. We send a reminder at least 7 days before renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

5. Resubscription

You can resubscribe at any time. If within 30 days of cancellation, your data may still be available. After 30 days, you start fresh.

6. Cancellation by Pragma App

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service violations. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.

7. First-Purchase Refund

Within the first 30 days, you are also eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
