1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all first-time subscriptions. Email hello@usepragma.app within 30 days of purchase — we'll refund every cent.

2. Eligibility

First-time purchases via usepragma.app only. Does not apply to renewals, accounts that violated our Acceptable Use Policy, or third-party reseller purchases.

3. Renewal Charges

We send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the charge. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed except where required by law. Cancel before renewal from Account → Subscriptions.

4. UK Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

5. EU Consumer Rights

EU customers have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this.

6. Faulty or Mis-described Service

7. How to Request

Email hello@usepragma.app — subject: "Refund Request" — with your account email and order number. We confirm within 1 business day and process within 5.
